1. GENERAL<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.1 7-Eleven Run 2026 (\u201cEvent<\/strong>\u201d) is organised by DFI Retail Singapore Pte Ltd (\u201cOrganiser<\/strong>\u201d) in accordance with these Rules & Regulations (\u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) that are applicable to the Participants, which can be found at www.7elevensgrun.com.sg (\u201cOfficial Website<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before submission of the online registration form. Completion and submission of the online registration form confirm your agreement to abide by these Terms and any other terms, conditions, rules and regulations as may be notified by the Organiser to the Participants from time to time, whether through the Official Website, by way of notification through any communication methods as provided by the Participant, or during the conduct of the Event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.3 The Participant agrees to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information (including personal data) about the Participant required by the Organiser in the online registration form available in the Official Website (the \u201cRegistration Data<\/strong>\u201d); and (ii) promptly update the Organiser if there are any changes to Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from the Participant\u2019s omission, neglect and\/or failure to supply the Organiser with the updated Registration Data and the accuracy and completeness of such Registration Data.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.4 The Organiser, its affiliate(s) and\/or its service provider may contact the Participant from time to time by email regarding the Event. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.5 If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Organiser has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participant\u2019s registration and\/or refuse any and all future use of the Official Website (or any parts thereof). Such decision shall be deemed final and conclusive and the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from or in connection with the suspension\/termination of Participant\u2019s registration and\/or refusal of any use of the Official Website in connection with this provision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the Participants and the Organiser agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.7 The Organiser, its officers, employees, contractors and\/or third-party service providers may take photographs, motion pictures, video, sound or any form of recordings during the Event, which may feature and\/or include any Participant(s) and\/or person(s) attending the Event. Each Participant grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence and consent to the Organiser\u2019s or its affiliate\u2019s use of the Participant\u2019s photograph, voice, likeness and image in any broadcast of the Event and subsequent productions drawn from the photographs, motion pictures, and\/or recordings (including any quotes from any Participant) for any legitimate purposes, including without limitation commercial advertising, broadcast and\/or subsequent re-productions, in any publication and publicity materials, websites and social media platforms. By registering and participating in the Event, the Participant hereby releases the Organiser from any and all claims, demands, costs and liabilities that may arise from the use of such materials as described in this provision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.8 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof. By continuing to participate in the Event, the Organiser shall have the right to assume that the Participant accepted and agreed to the amended Terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. REGISTRATION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.1 Registration to the Event is open to residents in Singapore of all ages. Participants below 18 years of age need to seek parental or legal guardian consent before registering and participating the Event. The Organiser has the absolute discretion to reject and refuse the registration and\/or participation of a potential Participant without assigning any reason to the Participant, and to terminate such registration for any reason whatsoever.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time. The Organiser is not be obliged to notify the Participants of such cancellation or postponement. If the Event has to be cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refund of registration fees paid and the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of the cancellation or postponement of the Event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.3 The Organiser reserves the right to set the registration fees for the different categories as expedient to its intents and purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.4 Once the online registration form has been processed, there will be no refund of registration fees for those Participants who eventually do not take part in the Event, for whatever reason.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.5 Participants who wish to withdraw from the Event must notify the Organiser before 2359hrs on 23 June 2026 in order for the Organiser to refund 50% of the paid registration fees paid by the Participant. Refunds will be made via cheque or such other means as may be determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion. Withdrawal notifications must be in writing to\u00a0info@7elevenrun.com.sg<\/a>. Telephone and verbal notifications will not be accepted. Withdrawal after 23 June 2026 will not be accepted and there will be no refund of registration fees paid.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.6 Participants may change the category of his or her participation to the Event by paying a $15 administrative charge for a change of category.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.7 Participants who decide to change their category to a category of a lower value must do so before 2359 hrs on 23 June 2026. No refunds will be made for the difference in pricing. All change requests must be in writing to\u00a0info@7elevenrun.com.sg<\/a>. Telephone and verbal notifications will not be accepted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.8 Participants who wish to change their category to a category of a higher value must do so before 23 June 2026. Top-up of the price difference must be made for the change to take place. All change requests must be in writing to\u00a0info@7elevenrun.com.sg<\/a>. Telephone and verbal notifications will not be accepted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.9 The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse registrations\/entries without assigning any reasons thereof.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.10 The Organiser reserves the right to replace the race entry pack items with items of similar value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. RACE<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participants and\/or to prevent any potential hazards in the conduct of the Event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, a reasonable effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the date of the Event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.2 The Organiser shall not be held for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from or in connection with the Participant\u2019s omission, neglect and\/or otherwise failure, howsoever caused, to wear the assigned number bib and\/or any damage to the assigned number bib which is not attributed to the Organiser.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the Event because of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event without refund of registration fees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.4 \u201cGun Time\u201d will be used to determine the winners for competitive categories. Gun time is the time from the start signal until the runner crosses the finish line.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.5 For podium finisher appeals, both the prize winner and possible prize winner must be present. Appeals must be made on-site in person to the Event officials, in a written format, at least 30 minutes before the prize presentation that will be held on the same day. All appeals are subject to a $50 appeal fee. The appeal fee will only be refundable upon successful appeal. There will be no refund for unsuccessful timing appeals. The Organiser\u2019s decision is final and reserves the right not to entertain any appeals submitted after 23 August 2026.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.6 The Organiser reserves the right to replace any winners if such winner is found to be disqualified.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.7 Participants who do not start within 30 minutes from their respective flag-off point will be disqualified and for safety reasons, may not be allowed to start.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.8 Participants below the age of 18 are required to seek parental\/guardian consent and fill up the relevant indemnity form when registering online, failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to that Participant. For any Participant below the age of 18 years old:<\/p>
